One of our customers bought a cockpit instrument from the 50’s to offer it to his son, an aviation enthusiast.
During our discussion, he explained to us that the price of this instrument was similar to the price of an airplane's model made in China.. But we understood what he meant: the feeling was not the same. Owning an authentic part of an airplane, with its history is a strong experience that establishes a unique relationship between the object and its owner.
From this observation, we realized that there were aviation enthusiasts around the world in search of these authentic parts from prestigious or less known aircrafts.
Like an unsuspected treasure discovered in an attic, this adventure linking us to the most beautiful planes in history immediately seduced us. Interested in the idea of preserving some of these aviation masterpieces and passing them on to a new generation, we decided to start looking for aricraft parts to give them a new life.
Our goal is to use these "unique objects" in our daily life. Very popular among our English, German and American friends, these Aircraft Skin Keychains are ‘’premium objects’’ created from original parts of civil or military aircrafts. They are all made in rare limited series and are handcrafted by our craftsmen in France.
We select one by one the parts that we decide thereafter to upcycled in Aircraft Skin Keychain. Our collections are intended not only for aviation enthusiasts, but also for those who love unique objects, which tell a story.
