ARTICLE 1 – PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

When you make a purchase in our shop, as part of our purchase and sale process, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, address, and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive the Internet Protocol address (IP address) of your computer, which allows us to get more details about the browser and operating system you are using.

Email marketing: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we may send you e-mails about our shop and our aeronautical objects.

How do you get my consent?

ARTICLE 4 – SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell you our services and products.

Your data is stored in the Shopify data storage system and databases, and in the General Shopify application. Your data is stored on a secure server protected by a firewall.

Payment:

If you make your purchase through a direct payment gateway, in this case Shopify will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted in accordance with the data security standard established by the payment card industry (PCI-DSS standard). Your purchase transaction information is kept as long as necessary to finalize your order. Once your order is finalized, the purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways comply with the PCI-DSS standard, managed by the PCI Security Standards Board, which results from the joint effort of companies such as visa, MasterCard, American Express and discover.

The requirements of the PCI-DSS provide for the secure processing of credit card data by our shop and its service providers.

ARTICLE 5 – SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES

In General, the third party vendors we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to be able to perform the services that they provide to us.

  However, some third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase transactions.

With respect to these vendors, we recommend that you carefully read their privacy policies so that you can understand how they will process your personal information.

It should not be forgotten that some suppliers may be located or have facilities located in a different jurisdiction than yours or ours. ARTICLE 6 – SAFETY

To protect your personal data, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that they are not lost, diverted, consulted, disclosed, altered or destroyed in a manner Inappropriate. 

If you provide us with your credit card information, they will be encrypted through the use of the SSL security protocol and stored with AES-256-type encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is safe at 100%, we follow all the requirements of the PCI-DSS standard and implement additional standards generally recognized by the industry.

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We have listed them here so that you can choose whether or not to allow them.

_session_id, a unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referent, landing page, and so on).

_shopify_visit, no data retained, persists for 30 minutes since the last visit. Used by the internal statistics tracking system of our website provider to record the number of visits.

_shopify_uniq, no data selected, expires at midnight (depending on the visitor's location) the next day. Calculates the number of visits to a shop per single customer.

_cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information relating to your shopping cart.

_secure_session_id, unique session identifier

_storefront_digest, a unique identifier, undefined if the store has a password, it is used to find out if the current visitor has access.

 

  

ARTICLE 7 – AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you declare that you have at least the age of majority in your State or province of residence and that you have given us your consent to allow all minors under your responsibility to use this site.
